Does the chart not show earlier dates than a year? When I try to change it to around the launch date, enter key or mouse click doesn't work.

How Valve configures their servers has nothing to do with the default configuration. Also, that's "-2", not "2". I'm pretty sure there's a difference, but -2 probably reverts to 0 anyway.

MOOSE_all valve servers are sv_pure 2 as of the latest update.
they used to be sv_pure 1. If you are gonna use quake textures you just have to deal with it
