I actually think they are relevant to this thread. Both organizations started as one-stop shops for everybody but naturally just progressed to being NA focused due to lack of EU coaches and player interest.

I can speak a lot more accurately for TF2CC, while it hasn't been advertised that well, wants to give out event runner and pug runner roles for the EU scene. I'm sure Newbie Mixes feels the same but understandably aren't always willing to go super far out of their way for a base that hasn't quite bit the bait when they can work on more projects like the Team Drive or Newbie Cup etc.

Tf2 Coaching Central is hosting our 3rd NA Newbie Cup, as you may have seen; we got a lot of attention from the Valve's blog post and we need more Newbie Cup coaches to fill in the demand.

We're looking for players with IM+ playoffs experience but will accept even seasoned amateur players (or equivalent). Our base ranges from people who are new to the game itsself to experienced pubbers and below 3rd place Newcomer who are all very new to 6's.

This is a 4 week long commitment starting November 18th. You will need to be available online around twice a week, and able to answer text questions from your team throughout.

If you're interested, join the TF2CC discord and apply for coach in the linked channel. Please input "Newbie Cup Coach" in the content section.

EU players are also welcome but keep in mind that all activities will be done on NA time.

Talk about the mapping scene. I feel like supporting new maps gets brushed off a lot.

While we sip the tears of our fellow demons I think it should be acknowledged that a majority of these changes were done by the community, most notably Ficool who's responsible for all these changes including the iron bomber hitbox change.

You need to get the casting essentials hud: https://github.com/PazerOP/CastingEssentials/releases/tag/r21
Put the hud folder in your custom folder > open it > go to resources > delete UI

Make sure the hud is ticked while you have the lawena launcher open amongst your other mods / custom folder items.

A lot of players would agree with your sentiment but this is all in vein if you haven't said a word to RGL admins or made a ticket. Especially this late into the season.

I don't see how posting on TFTV and crossing your fingers that an RGL admin would see this is helping anybody. Regardless of the levels of dissent.

While it's a pretty daft gimmick. None of this is unintentional. Every mechanic that is used to make this happen is 100% kosher. This is not a bug by any means. I doubt valve imagined this strat but noone did and it's kind of unfair to use that as an argument for it.

Taiku's fix of removing any uber from dropped medi-guns is fine IMO. Banning picking up dropped weapons is dumb though.

No. Spy drops an empty medi-gun. The medic uses, switches to the medi-gun dropped by the spy and then you switch back to your own medi-gun before the decay starts to take a good chunk of your remaining uber. The downside of this strat is running a spy.

If you are the type of guy like me that hates health as just numbers Fl4me Hud is pretty goated. I was a big health cross guy and this was a perfect HUD.

BX-Hud has centered numbers which is really nice for scout and opens up your peripherals to see bombers better.
