We are short on coaches right now, anyone that has more than a season of esea open, please feel free to drop by!
Looks like its gonna be a good cast! I'll be watching~
Thank you everyone for all of the amazing responses! As of now I think I may be leaning towards an architecture or film internship, but if I am unable to do either I am leaning towards a Subway or Restaurant, and if not, perhaps tutoring.
Now, what would the process be for applying for these jobs or jobs in general? Would you have to go on location and see if they are hiring or not, or would you find it online? Thanks again for all the great responses
MightyMeAlso, (serious not a joke) you can earn quite a bit with tf2 trading.
I know you stated you want to do something else than play tf2 all day, but even with a few nights / week you can earn quite a lot.
I was really into trading for only like 2 weeks, spend a few nights doing trades and made a profit of around 350€.
It doesn't really seem like working since you are just behind your computer and doing tf2 stuff anyways.
I have some steam friends who have made into triple digit numbers by steam trading.
it just requires knowledge of value, clever trading skills and common knowledge:
if something is too good to be true it's probably not
(i've had a french 15 y old try to buy my whole backpack for 300€, turns out he was using his moms paypal)
I've made
from TF2 Trading, and thats from 6 months of trading on and off.
gr8stalinOP: Find something that you think you might like that's within your grasp. You may or may not like it, and you might quit for a variety of reasons, but the experience is just as important as the paycheck. Experience + Personal Intelligence + Recommendations + Your Logic and Problem Solving skills = $$$$$$$
That really helped me, thanks again stalin~
Hey everyone~
What was your first job? What first job do you recommend?
The reason why I ask is because it's about time I start making some money rather than playing TF2 all day. I was thinking Jamba Juice or something similar, but is there a better route?
This was pretty sweet. Do you think you will do this in the future with other matches?
Due to some low-midiot BS at the start of the season I will be going LFT. I got finals for a week and than I am free to scrim anytime and anyday as long as it doesn't interfere with Newbie Mixes and is in the regular times. I am West Coast, but I don't mind playing on ping < 60. If your team does run Passive/Aggresive I would prefer to be the aggresive scout, but I am flexible.
Past experience:
UGC Silver 6s: Underdog Story
UGC Silver HL: Alphatango
UGC Silver 6s: Swag Nutella
UGC Gold HL: Alphatango

EDIT: Backup'ing for Big Boys in the meantime.
My open team treated your old one from natf2 like the bible. Now this is even better, so what does that make it ?
For people that are looking for people in this pug, hit me up!
Really nice update~ Thanks again broesel!
Just sold a hat for some cash. Probably getting one.
I will most likely get minus fragged for this, but w/e.
Hooli does have a point. What he is trying to say is as long as we have the current amount of servers, the only way to take care of the problem, is to avoid it by scheduling early. My open team wasn't aware of how scheduling works until earlier this week. We've been "dealt a bad hand" as hooli says, and now we are learning from our consequences by playing tonight at 11EST.
In the meantime, all we could do avoid the problem and submit tickets so this issue will dwindle down in the future.
Also, a thread on the ESEA forums rather than TF.TV would get ALOT more done. More of the people in ESEA that are "higher up" will most likely get to see it, rather than here.
Just voicing my opinion~
