NEWBIE MARATHON STATUS: INACTIVE

Heya Everyone~

Newbie Mixes have been running for nearly 2 years as of this post. The official 2 year anniversary is 11/10.

Newbie Mixes started out as a small group of people started by Shwan, Giffy, and Pet. They ran them for a bit time (Not 100% sure on actual amount of time) as they grew. They were then dropped, and re-picked back up by VickM and Speedygeek. As VickM left the TF2 scene for Dota 2 and irl reasons, I began re-running them. It has been roughly a year since I have run them now, and I plan to continue to do so.

Now, any suggestions for something cool we can do this anniversary weekend? Possibly a marathon of Newbie Mixes and Newbie Pugs, running from Friday to Sunday, from 9-12 EST, or maybe a tourney of the sorts (Unsure on how the tourney would play out)?

Thanks again to tragic for making these possible, and being able to donate the servers for 2 years!

Thoroughly enjoyed the amazing frags by some of my favorite players with a really nice track. Definitely one of my personal top tf2 videos.

One of my greatest pug buddies. Really fun to be around, doesn't rage, and is pretty damn good. Be sure to try him out.

Really chill guy, solid dm, and has a deep understanding of the game.

Nice find, ordered a backup mouse.

Chill dude with some awesome skills, definitely worth a pick-up.

Also, has anyone tried out PvP? It's kinda dead as of now, but really fun.
