Can you swap your old parts back in and see if it works?
If your old hardware boots normally, then there might be an issue with your new stuff. Either the CPU, or the RAM is seated incorrectly, or something is broken.

I think it's the opposite. I have the speed edition and my mouse glides over it effortlessly.
