I have my elbow on my desk, but that works because I have an "L" shaped desk.
You want to find a position where your arms are supported so that your wrist isn't at an angle at all. Maybe find a small TV dinner tray and put that under your desk so that you can rest your keyboard and arm on that and then have your mouse on your desk.

FanofAngelsThis isn't gonna be a popular opinion but if you get something donated to you, you should be able to do what ever you want with it. You didn't have to give it to them.
I agree, but I think that a more tasteful move would have been to give them back to the community rather than cashing out.
