I think they did that because the stairs didn't reach all the way down to valley below. They probably just tilted it so the stairs met the bottom.

Those aren't boobs. That's the infinity symbol on a weird background and sunny side up eggs in the middle. Although the messed up contrast on the image can give it that appearance.
