clamwhy do people stop to take pictures and video instead of help? i understand it needs to be documented, but why to this point?
When people suffer serious injuries, it can be more harmful than helpful for someone who doesn't know how to handle the injured to try to intervene.

High model detail on highframes config?

zenmat_picmip, it's 1 by default in highframes but you can try 0 or -1 for better quality.
mat_picmip controls texture detail, for model detail, it's either r_rootlod or r_lod, which should be set to 0 or -1.
