Started playing again myself a few months ago, and standard is really sweet right now even if it's fucking pricey to build a decent deck. I have a couple hardcore friends that do the big tourney thing who help me out with some cards and ideas, otherwise I would be lost.

Don't think there's a way to play online for free these days, but you can apparently play your way into magic online without investing too much if you're decent, and willing to spend the time.

The time to buy gold is when (preferably before) the economy is going to shit. People are more interested in owning something 'material' when all the widgets representing stocks aren't such a sure thing. Gold spikes at every economic downturn, and doesn't represent a 'real' dollar value. Basically, if the dollar still pays for all of your living expenses in country, and out, yet is worth 1/4 the gold... How has that changed your dollar's value?

Investors move into commodities where the risk is far less, so obv oil, and metals will go up.

Computer prices are considerably steeper in Norway. Generally 1/3 again or more. Your oil money is strong.

Had a Norwegian climbing partner a couple years ago, and he ended up buying a new laptop over here because it was something like 1/2 the price it would be in Norway. Just had to live without seeing the ÆØÅ on the keyboard.

Mirelin escape on process was the play of the match imo.

Played some shinny with Ggglygy last year, and he stood in the face-off circles 97% of the time.

I played BF2 for about a year with a one armed dude. Didn't even realize it for a long while until I noticed he was having some trouble peeking a corner while nade spamming.

He had forward and back operated by his feet, 5 mouse buttons for ptt, nades, etc, and aside from that he had to move his hand to the kb to accomplish anything like strafing. His playstyle reflected the fact that his movement was compromised, but he managed to be pretty effective, and could aim.

Honestly you could probably do 95% of TF2 one handed if you had a jump crouch script, and a better setup for foot controls.
