4. go snipe again because enemy team has uber
5. overextend and die
6. snipe on last, lose round
repeat
1. should be spawn sniper, and you're there.

Why do people bitch about tf2's hit reg?

Hitreg really depends on the server for me. Many dallas servers are totally frustrating as it's all sparks for low damage. I'll hit shots with 'ease' on one server, not hit anything on dallas, then back to normal. The worse my routing is, the worse the registry. Packet loss probably accounts for a portion of that, but it's too consistently bad for that to be the whole explanation. I now have 70.5mbps down, 6.7 up. My isp has awful routing to dallas. I've been sent from Vancouver-Toronto-Chicago-LA-Denver-Dallas. Sense made: none. Over triple the ping I had in 2009.
I really only complain about hitreg on Dallas or occasional other servers that treat me poorly.

mOafmealPlatinum shit talked the euros, and called b4nny, ducky, and whoever else hackers.
ducky consistently dodged lans with really questionable excuses ('i have to work at the library the entire weekend and cant reschedule for any reason even though im aware of the lan date months in advance') had pretty ridiculous blind dets/peeks
once banny showed up to lan and performed very well those banny hackusations were immediately laid to rest
...and then there's plat denying ever calling ducky a hacker. I dunno if he was fully aware of the things he said about other people.

Where was a thread like this when a drunk Platinum shit talked the euros, and called b4nny, ducky, and whoever else hackers. Mix^ shit talked everyone, but they were still loved by many. It was just trash talk. Maybe the community was a better place at the time...

ESEA season 4.
Granary match with slaughterhouse vs tool academy grads (sand bagging invite players). Round 1. We don't show to mid, make some chat remark about how bad our medic's internet is. Set up a sentry on our 2 with tele leading to drop down. They roll in to 2nd and our med pops solo to block 2 while the rest of us stream out of drop down, , we rush for mid. Med steps on tele after uber, and joins the rush. We roll uncontested to last. Easy round. Master strategist Pyyyour was angry mentioning our 'declasse move'. Gamesmanship! They kicked our asses the rest of that match and in playoffs. The better team won, but man.... memories!
