Agreed, but how does that have any relation to sack/destroy a city?
Sacrificing to cap or for cap time is a bit removed from slaughter, and outright victory. Stacking (dog piling on the point) seems to have more in common with that.

Glad the expanded universe is nixed, and I started reading that stuff with the Trawn trilogy back in '91. Lots of fun stuff, but holy shit there was also a lot of awful writing. It's really a bloated mess. Creates room for more possibilites in the end, really.
