Main monitor fps limited by secondary monitor?

in case you didn't know already, if you press windows+p, a menu will open that will allow you to toggle the second monitor output, it's the quickest and easiest way to do it. I know that ideally you wouldn't have to do this, but it's worth knowing in case you cant find any other solutions.
