Hi I'm an open soldier looking for a team. My old team Party Boyz decided to try a different pocket so I'm on the market.

Experience

-S14 Open Zamboomacrew 8-8
-S15 Open Party Boyz 3-0

Pros

-Good game sense
-Decent DM and always trying to improve it
-Looking to main call and have become more confident in my calls
-Dedicated to watching demos and reviewing maps
-Always tries to stay focused on the game and am willing to sort out any internal or external issues
-Won't rage

Cons

-Can get frustrated and become quiet/missing shots
-Issues with tunneling and sometimes forgetting to call focuses
-Rather pigheaded at times

Schedule

-Can play everyday, except sometimes on Mondays, from 9-11. I can play later but would prefer not to. Pretty much always available at night.

Miscellaneous

-Have league fees paid and premium for the season
-Looking for a team who is looking to improve and last a couple of seasons hopefully

Forgive me if this has already been posted but I personally would love to be able to have more posts viewable per page. Having to change pages every 30 posts or so can be a little annoying, especially when you want to find a specific post or user. I'm not sure how difficult that would be to implement, but I know I would probably pay for the ability to have all the comments on a post on one page.

I was wondering what the community thought about maybe equalizing all three mediguns so no one gun has a distinct advantage over the other. This way the choice of medigun depends entirely on your teams' preference and playstyle.

Right now if you have kritz and they have uber you're at a huge disadvantage. Why not make it so every gun can compete with the other? I think that might make tf2 much more interesting.

Anyway if you were to try to balance the three guns what would you do? What type of nerfs/buffs would you give?

Last season went decently but we're looking to rebuild for S15. We are currently looking for a medic, demoman and roamer to contend for playoffs. We tend to scrim from around 9-11 Sunday-Thursday.

The more experience the better but please don't hesitate to try out even if this is your first season in open.

What if everybody added in pug.na joined the mumble before the match? Maybe have a "Added Up" channel. It's a lot easier to talk about stuff then type/read it in IRC and it might help captains pick by asking more experienced people their opinions.

Actually if there is an arena mode for some popular cp mids like badlands or granary wouldn't that be a great way for a team to practice their mid fights?

Well that's what the points for right?

Well yes if you lose a player you probably lose the round but why not make arena 10+ rounds? You lose one round and it's not a bid deal. It's about consistency. Of course if there is no way to increase the win limit I guess it's moot.

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I was wondering if it would be viable to have a competitive 6v6 or HL Arena map?

Hello. I'm looking for a mid/high open team competing for season 15 in open. I played pocket for Zamboomacrew S14 and although we started the season strong we ended 9-7. Sadly it doesn't look like the team is continuing next season so I'm on the hunt for a new one.

When I managed to get on my first team in Open just barely making it before the deadline. Also winning 6 out of my first 7 games was awesome. Losing the next four was less so...

I would love to have a hud where the current weapon equipped and current class are shown. Maybe put a weapon icon around the ammo and the class icon over the health. The number of times I haven't realized what weapon/class I use/am is staggering.

When I can get above ten against my medic in mge. I'm the pocket. He's the medic. Maybe I'm not quite there yet...
