Okay, well thanks, I didn't mean to bother anyone. Look at those dislikes.... :c
Hey guys, I was wondering how to create or edit a custom tf2 HUD?
I've tried looking for tutorials but all they gave me we're parts of HUDS.
Link, will you be making a Steam group to keep us updated or will you be using this Forum?
Really? aww.... That's a bummer

I have 4GB Memory, and I know that Windows needs some of the GB, I don't want to use all of it.
Maybe it's your friends config?
Oh okay I understand I obviously didn't read the whole thing. Hm.... I can give you what I use in my autoexec.cfg file
cl_updaterate 100
cl_cmdrate 100
rate 65000
cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_interp.0152
host_thread_mode 0
//fps_max 132 // Commented due to 2011-09-02 update causing jittering when fps is capped for some
fps_max 0
// Bad connection
//cl_cmdrate 40
//cl_interp 0
//cl_interp_ratio 2
//cl_lagcompensation 1
//cl_pred_optimize 2
//cl_smooth 0
//cl_smoothtime 0.01
//cl_updaterate 40
//rate 35000
mat_phong 0
cl_lagcomp_errorcheck "1"
cl_lagcompensation "1"
fps_max 130
mat_maxframelatency "0"
cl_forcepreload 1

Perhaps you don't need all of this, but some of these are helpful. After I put these commands on tf2, there is no lag.
