Give this man a tryout. Don't turn him away just because he has no ESEA experience. He tried out for my team and he is an excellent roamer with great damage and good gamesense. He definitely gets the job done.

You should make it a specific date at time. If you say x day at y time I guarantee you'll get at least one pug going.

That's such bull shit man, come on. I had already planned on putting Ginger on the team. Just because I ask your opinion doesn't mean you brought her on the team. I did the right thing in fact by asking everyone else before I just said okay join the roster now thanks to make sure everyone was okay with it. So what did I "put a lot of work" into? I scheduled every scrim and every tryout. Instead of trying to explain what I "put a lot of work into," I can flat out say I did way more than just showing up and playing.

This is another pitiful PR attempt. You're get again trying to take it off of you and leave it back on me. This back and forth started because you weren't okay with me just voicing my opinion to people who might want to join the team. You turned it into a more personal attack so that's pretty contradictory to say that confirms the decision to take the team over and trusting anyone who reads that will agree is foolish.

Sure, people will take your side. I don't even have a side. I don't really care who you do or don't get for your team. As I've said several times, the only point of this is to let prospective tryouts know the situation. I'm entitled to my opinion just like you are.

As I was saying, his only point is that I'm immature and I'm slandering his teams name and I can't handle being cut. All of this is completely false. I encourage people to try out, and I hope this team does well. In fact, I think he proved his own immaturity in the process. I can't be making you seem like an asshole if you are an asshole lol.

Okay so your post has the complete intention of PR, and I don't believe for a second it's sincere. The whole "I don't want to tell you why on the forums" is null and void because you're fueling the drama anyway you are just trying to preserve your image.

First of all, I didn't say you said "lol sorry," Phelix said that. You're saying I'm making things up with the intention of hurting the team but that's just not true. All I said is that I think what you did should be something people who join the team could consider.

Also, telling me you and no one are leaving to start a team isn't the same as telling me that you as a team decided it would be best to find another roamer. It's completely deceitful to say you're half responsible for this team. You always scrimmed with us except when we kings wanted to try you out and if they would've taken you I know you would've joined but that's irrelevant speculation. What is relevant is that I put a lot of work into starting and trying to create the team and you have no right to say you put it any or nearly as much effort.

Another thing is that I agree with the fact that not everyone is compatible. I conceded that in my first post. My point is saying all of this is the method of how you went about it and now how you are going about it.

tl;dr notice how I said this is a good team I just want everyone to be aware. I have nothing against the team just about the attitude and actions of the people on. Even if you disagree I think the circumstances are enough to let prospective people looking for a team know.

So basically this is a team plx and I started a few weeks ago just to try and make an open team that would improve together. We started with plx and I and a few people that just weren't working out because of scheduling mostly. Plx then gave up finding people and he told me that if I want to do all of the looking and such he will play because he doesn't have the time to commit. I put a lot of effort into finding tryouts, scheduling tryouts, scheduling scrims, etc. One of the medics I found was Ginger who we decided wasn't insanely good, but was a cool person to hang out with and a lot of potential and motivation to improve. We tried out many scouts, one of those being Tech_N9ne. We weren't doing well in scrims, and while he scrimmed with us pretty much every day, he wouldn't commit to the team because he wanted to be picked to play scout for we kings now. In the meantime, No One From Nowhere joined our team since he was very good and dm smart.

Tech didn't get picked for we kings now. What he told me though, is that him and No One had developed a lot of chemistry as a scout pair and they wanted to make a new team by themselves. Confused by that, I decided to talk to him the next day. He told me he just wanted to start his own team whether it would fail or not just to do it. Meanwhile, we still needed to tryout demos. I had a demo and scout tryout lined up that night. When I asked Ginger if she was ready to scrim with us at 9, she told me she was going to be playing for Tech's team. At that point I told her "well great now it's just Phelix and I with one week to find a team." Then, I asked Tech if he is just taking the entire team. I said "What are you going to take Phelix now too?" as a joke because phelix and I made the team. He responded with "he's most likely going to play for us yeah" and I have no way to describe how fucked up that is. When I asked him why he literally said "lol sorry" and didn't respond to anything else. They even went as far to take the demo tryout I was using for the night and have them try out for their team.

I'm admittedly not very good at roamer, but the entire point of the team I was making was to grow as a team and be open to learning and criticism. Ginger wrote an entire document about how I better not leave the team at the last minute we need to stay together and such. Not a single member of my team told me anything and now they just moved mumble and are scrimming elsewhere.

Even if it's a personality conflict, they could have been mature enough to tell me "Look man, your playstyle/personality just isn't working out with the team" instead of cutting me from the team I made overnight.

tl;dr The above people are good players, but cut me from the team (which I made) without telling me a single reason. I just wanted to put this out there because some people may consider it before trying out for this team.
