It is a serious insult to the people that have been supporting this scene from the beginning. I am very sad to see this kind of ignorant behavior from the admins.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing Skeej, it is easy to point out an obvious mistake afterwards. We'll look to rectify this for next Season, hopefully with an EVEN BETTER whitelist.
I admire your courage, to admit your mistakes with such audacity. Truly the sign of an examplary leader. I am looking very forward to seein the next Season come to fruition, with even more hype and a qualitatively higher rated whitelist.

Thank you for your heartwarming words. I was at a point where I had almost lost all faith in this community, but your kind and understanding reply showed me that there is still hope. As a matter of fact, this has made me decide to contribute some of my extra hard earned money to the ETF2L IndieGoGo fund. I wish you the best of luck with your future endeavours. First of all, thank you for your kind donation towards the Season 20 Fundraiser. Every donation, no matter how big or small means the world to me. The spammers in twitch chat and the forums are general were starting to get me down, I am sick of seeing toucans and 'memes' everywhere and seeing how wonderful the TF2 community can be in our hour of need is truly amazing. It has inspired me to go even further for Season 21, there is no limit with this wonderful community behind me. I have heard from a reliable source that Nike have shown interest in our game before and feel like this is a suitable and fruitful path to go down.
I would like to offer you a small token of my gratitude, please graciously accept my gift of the parrot for the Demoman. I know it resembles a toucan, but I hope you can look past this.

We are always asking prem players from the season before about maps and unlocks, and are basing our decisions from this feedback. Personally I believe that they make better judgements and a better platform for us to base our decisions than an open vote, although controversial because no democracy like you said.
