Aw you should have opted for the k processor. Historically, H-motherboards did not have overclocking as an option but as of recent, it's available on certain boards(yours included).

I recommend getting a cpu cooler, regardless of your current cpu temps, it will help performance.
I also recommend enabling turbo boost in your bios since overclocking is out of the question.

Hmm, you shouldn't be running into any pci-e lane bottlenecks. Your two ram sticks should be placed in the two black slots.

See if rolling back your nvidia driver helps :/
