cirloi'm impressed that no one touched on the fact that wG is 4-month-old. As an infant team i would not expect them to play as synchronized as 4G.
Prob because Froyo had 3 roster changes in around a month with 2 washed players:
Mirrorman out; Jay to Pocket, Arrek to fscout
Marmaloo out; Paddie to roamer

Exa, one of the head admins of RGL, who confirmed that only oversized particles are illegal and NOT recolored particles. The overheal particle mod I made that I posted above is confirmed by Exa to be perfectly legal and allowed. Exa also confirmed that the RGL rules document will be modified to clarify that recolored overheal particles are allowed, so long as the particles are not oversized. If they are oversized they are still illegal.
so I think that means this mod should be good? Maybe not though since it still moves the cross?

THEBILLDOZERUltimately i decided that the match needs to be played.
This is an event that was created by the community, with a pretty hefty sum put forward by the community, and ran by the community. I am not RGL. In fact, I am probably one of the most vocally against tf2 authority on this site. That being said, for a tournament that should be doable in a single day, I am going to leave things like FFW ruling up to my own discretion. Not the discretion of the players. And considering we have an international grand finals with hundreds of dollars on the line, there is no way in hell that I let this be settled outside of mp_tournament 1.
The match will be played tomorrow at 8 est, on a server with a working stv.
