emkayAs I said in the other thread: This file gets created with every launch, and must be deleted before reopening the game (at this current time). Keep it in mind when crashing or restarting!
could possibly block it through any antivirus program. set the vdf file to blocked

should be in your Team Fortress 2> tf ----> casual_criteria.vdf
i literally sorted my folder by "recently modified" and started removing files one by one until my game worked. lol.
