Imo there's no real good scenario in this, she doesn't have a support system or any friends its not like the state will do anything for her Either. you cant save everyone and ROL Imo is too far gone for just anyone's help besides trained professionals.
Worst comes to worst she gets kicked out of Lan's for now until she gets real help which will never happen.
