Also, you should also add a section that specifically tells you that the NVidia inspector tool method that makes textures blury, adds input lag.

Wow, good job, you managed to get some good fps while keeping somewhat high level of detail. If there's anyone who dislike fps cfgs because they are too ugly, they should definitely consider this one.

Even if your monitor can display in 200Hz, what connection supports more than 144Hz @ 21:9?
For me it seems like it's something that is good on paper but you can't use it since you are limited or bottlenecked by other components, aka the connnection (HDMI, DVI or Dport)

try to delete the driver, delete temp folder, reinstall driver.
Try a new mouse to see if that's a specific mouse problem, also check the mouse in a different computer to see if it happens again.

wareyaWhy doesn't valve just adopt a capped diagonal FoV? Then aspect ratios would be a tradeoff instead of forcing you to use ones that don't fit your monitor in order to be the most competitive.
Yeah, so everyone would look like Olive oyl on 4:3. Not the best idea.
