Broken mouse in tf2

First time i got such a thing : my mouse works fine if i stay still and don’t press any button, i can aim wherever i want, but if i start to move, or just press a button, a bind, my mouse will get stuck for like 1 second before i can move it -if i go back to not moving- so i basically can’t play at all …
Any idea what could cause this ?

No
All the recent changes i did were :
-installing windows 10 , but it was 2 days ago and it worked fine until now
-updating Java

edit : i just realise this isn't just in tf2 since i don't usually press buttons on my desktop but my mouse get stuck if i press a button on desktop too...

try to delete the driver, delete temp folder, reinstall driver.
Try a new mouse to see if that's a specific mouse problem, also check the mouse in a different computer to see if it happens again.

Thanks for your answer r4ndom, i actually went back to an older version of my mouse driver and it works fine :)
