I used to play spacies pretty actively before I started grad school. I really don't play very much anymore simply because I don't have time.

If you ever get the chance go to a regional/major. Its a ton of fun hanging with the dudes from your region in a setting where you aren't competing against them like a local, and seeing how you all stack up vs players you aren't as familiar with. Watching sets on site is also cool as hell.

There really is no definite answer because of how differently each child can operate. My father beat me extensively for just about any wrongdoing when I was a child, and to this day all I think it ended up doing was stunting my ability to feel comfortable around him or to foster a positive relationship with him.

Getting the switch was honestly some omni next level pain. That thing would have you feeling like the damn Mr. Krabs shit when it was over

around the same time esea's bitcoin mining thing got leaked and pure and justin all vehemently tried to get the entire community to switch to cevo/boycott esea for being a shitty service

for various reasons no one actually played cevo (or just nowhere near the levels of entrants that esea would get) and lange gave up on the project pretty fast. (not fast enough to stop dopa from winning open though.) regardless, the 'boycott esea' notion caused team numbers to dwindle in esea as well, at a point where previously numbers were only going up.

you can say this isnt a sufficient summary of every factor or that correlation doesnt imply causation but the player base has never been back up to that s14-15 level so it is what it is.

As much as i never thought id agree with alfa on anything cevo really did fuck up tf2's growth at a really bad time. Esea even had enough teams to make a main division lol.
