my game is still stuttering like this, please help. I've even tried reinstalling the game. also i doubt its a network stutter because it doesnt happen in any other game even source games.

This is true, but then it is also true that every statement that is made is vacuous and meaningless unless you have the correct information. What is the difference between theoretical unknown object A, and theoretical unknown object B if there is no foundation of understanding?
Equations that just describe things like energy, mass, frequency and their relative differences.

I'm 85% sure Lange is in the middle of a schizophrenic or manic episode. Schizophrenia can be late onset and manifest itself around the age Lange is. Speaking from experience, someone who can't stop thinking of seemingly random and cryptic things non stop might be mentally ill. He needs to get help before he hurts himself. This same situation happened to Etika.
