Hello.
Recently, I upgraded my computer with a new processor, motherboard, and case. Ever since then, I have noticed delays in the minor game sound mechanics such as not being able to hear decloaks sometimes, or ammo packs being picked up, or health and other minor stuff. Sometimes they dont make sound at all. However, these things only SOMETIMES work... So I'm not sure what is quite going on. Would overclocking my CPU and GPU have something to do with it? I validated steam files, checked my configs, and even reinstalled my audio drivers... But I'm not quite sure what is going on.
They are pretty minor, but in comp, as you all know, it's pretty vital to have these things able to be heard. Help? Anyone else experience this before?
EDIT: I also have been recently streaming using OBS. Is there maybe a bug or some type of delay from OBS?
I like to stream pubs, lobbies, mixes, pugs, or whatever im doing in tf2. As long as I have time, I'm going to be streaming it. I also like to talk to my viewers a lot.
I stream mostly TF2, and occasionally, other games such as CS:GO.

Thanks in advance!

Can't tell if trolling, or just sad.
Hello! I play Team Fortress 2 competitively and I have been searching for a new mouse to "keep up with me." The mouse I currently use is a Logitech M305 (A lame-ass travel mouse) that I got as a gift. I play with a palm-grip by the way, but a hybrid could work too. Now, I'm searching for a new mouse that doesn't break the bank. I have decided and narrowed it down to 2 mice that I feel could work. The first one is a Logitech G400. I have heard a lot of great things about this guy. Its a palm grip, comes form a great series and manufacturer, and has a lot of perks. The second one is called the CM Storm Recon, which is ambidextrous and also has good reviews.
If you need links, these are the 2 mice.

So, my questions are...
*Which mouse is a better long term investment
*Which mouse is more durable
*Which mouse would YOU choose if you were in my shoes
Thanks for all the help! I will update later which mouse I end up with :)
