Yeah I didn't really have time to get that whole story out. I lock him up for about an hour at a time each day, not out of punishment but because my girlfriend is getting home from work. She's a vet and she doesn't want him to run up and lick her while she's still got, say, parvo virus all over her clothes. He knows he gets treats when he is locked in the cage, sometimes he still just gets bored and wants to be let out.

We tried just putting him in a room but he shredded the door frame. Literally tore the wood off. Hence the cage - he can't really break that.

Yeah, there are specific areas of your brain that get better with consistent video game usage. Visual acuity and fine motor skills are the main two. Other brain functions are pretty much unaffected.

I could probably do the steam URL thing with the google doc as well. The results it shows to the public are still manipulateable by bots that way, but I won't use those - I'll clean the data and verify URLs.
