Very good work, I want to discuss some points, your graph that shows the damage output is mathematically correct, but in game speaking is wrong, when you can tapping with a good time interval, you can get a perfect accuracy with the minigun and tomislav, this will affect your firing rate (250ms), and so you will affect your math and find a ratio still above and close to 1 but not 1.367
The question that arises is when is it worthwhile to tapping instead of shooting with M1 down?
I think it would be interesting to do the math.
Again your graph that shows the damage output, also proves that there is a distance such that mingun and tomislav are equivalent (as the 2 lines intersect = equivalence point) from a DPS point of view, I think it would be interesting to determine this distance for all classes and at the end to make a graph with an axis ranking the 9 classes showing the distance and therefore solidify your conclusion.

dempseydon't really get the logic of "just let his team handle it and admins stay out of it", since it seems his team are the ones who reported him?
3 months is excessive, I think reducing it to a warning was a fair decision
I think that the 3 months ban is excessive especially in period of nations cup for middle, but i still think, he still has to be punished for that, its the job to amin to find the right penalty (for example ban 1/2 month after nations cup)
