I think snow is a nice changeup from the usual themes but it needs some changes.
The snow is WAY to bright. They could make it more blue/greyish and use a night skybox and it would look pretty sick but not be as straining on the eyes. Allso they need to make a way to disable the extra particle effects because they murder FPS on some systems.
As it stands i prefer grass.
If you are euro buy 10. You could probably resell these on ebay for twice as much later and be set on kbs for life.

no config, high textures, 4xaa, 16xaf, low settings, ragdolls off
Turning on AA and AF fixed it. Apparently TF2 wasn't stressing the GPU enough and it was going to 2d clocks.

If you are in game and you open the menu the game is still rendering the same shit.
Dan_removing the refresh rate lock might work
I don't use vsync so that is irrelevant.
My FPS goes back to normal without a gfx config but i hate the way the game looks without one.
While i am in game my FPS drops into the low hundreds but when i pull my menu up my FPS shoots back up to normal.
