DanceNumberI've had VR for a bit now and to be honest I think a lot of people downplay how fun it can be. The level of immersion that is felt in VR can't really be replicated on a monitor or TV. Even trailers for this game will undersell what it will be like to actually play it. I get that people are upset they will need a VR headset to play it, but thats no different from a game being a console exclusive.
Except the new console is $1000, is only wanted for this one game, and requires a dedicated room.
In ADDITION to this you need a $1500 PC and VR causes motion sickness for many people.
Also using the consoles as your example isn't a good argument. I don't buy consoles because i hate the idea of vendor lock.
