Sherwoodfanknowing which team is better is completely irrelevant in whether or not you should get to play tf2 when you're paying to play those matches. doesn't matter if it's going to be a roll or not, you're paying for it. unless you can't get enough players, you should never forfeit, just play it out. lose 5-0 or win 5-0, just play.
this was my point. like, we just wanted to play and these ppl were threatening to FFW us because some of our players have never used the client before

Whats more cringe is thinking that just because you are the better team you somehow have a right to be late. Hell if you are going to 5-0 them anyways you should be able to start 5v6 and be fine.
we dont have a right to be late, i never implied that. my teammates have just never used the client before and were having troubles getting it to work (which they couldn't test ahead of time because it doesn't let you join tf2 servers unless you have a match) and not only did we explain that as well as the fact that we will fix it and be here, but those of us that did have the client working all showed up right on time

edinim sorry and it sucks to forfeit but you now you know to tell your teammates beforehand for their first esea match to try and launch esea client and see if everything is working fine
also, dont have faceit open while using esea. it was the cause of a couple issues for me

if you can't even get to 5 then the other team is probably rightfully dubious that the game is gonna begin

So them giving you 30 minutes is plenty of time you should be happy they gave you 30 mins. If you still couldn't get 6 after 30 minutes that is not their fault, totally on you. Should have had your esea client issues figured out beforehand.
