Eh honestly a lot of these are unnecessary and if valve were to add them, they'd be buggy for months. There are more important things that should be done first.
You dont need a special hud element to show you that blands last caps quickly, all you need is to have played the map once, and for stuff like forward spawns just add a loading screen tip or something, and add a brief explanation about crit heals in the medigun description. Natasha/gunboats/danger shield are just a part of the game and you need to learn what they do, it's just a part of the beginner learning curve
razeso could manipulating the schedule for the I58 invite group and making the perilous/nameless match granary work?
There's no guarantee that the same rosters will be attending i58 (e.g. Mike who can't practice with perilous because of overwatch) so I guess they have to decide if it's better to wait for 2 months and possibly play the game with whatever roster they have @i58 (unlikely imho) or just settle it online.

After losing kaidus, they were underperforming in etf2l (currently 7-3 in maps while perilous are 10-0) and they lost to perilous in 2 maps in the UBF so most people considered them underdogs and expected perilous to win the whole thing (you can see that everyone bet on perilous on saloon). That's why the GF being close and going to a 2-2 (and sadly ending that way) generated that much hype.
Every single lan we get boring anticlimactic grand finals. The one damn LAN where the finals were close and extremely entertaining this happens....

We as a community already have enough trouble getting 6 people per team to big lans (especially intercontinental ones), imagine what it'd be like to raise funds for 1 extra person for every team. You can just say that well, no one is forcing each team to get a coach, but that way you're putting teams that can't afford financially to fly and accommodate a 7th player to LANs at a disadvantage.
Sure, it might be a good thing in the future, if we get big sponsors for individual teams that'll pay for it or far bigger LANs where the prizepools will justify the cost, but right now, I don't think it's something that should be allowed.

They were struggling this etf2l season, lost 3 maps so far to teams that they "should" have beaten so they're putting stark on pocket so that he can maincall, since he can't really do that as a flank scout.
Like 70% of my Tf2 playtime is on scout and I gotta say, I have a lot more respect for people that are equally good on all classes. So pick whatever you have the most fun on (even if it's pyro/spy, don't mind the elitists, its a game, you play it to have fun). If you like all classes equally, play all of them equally.
