Try to identify the situations where you're likely to do one of those things. That way, you can avoid those situations if possible or just be more self aware and mentally remind yourself not to do it.

For example, I smoke the most when I'm out for coffee (especially if im with another smoker, like a pack in 2 hours) so now when I'm doing that I either leave my cigs at home, or only bring a few and I internally remind myself to pace it.

Or about watching porn/jacking off, I usually do that when I'm in bed studying or watching shit on my laptop so studying/watching shit on a desk instead of the bed helps me do it less.

About 3 years ago I had no idea how 6s worked (I just knew the classes used) but I was on a ugc steel team with some pubstomper friends. We didn't play a single match cause our idiot leader signed us up for NA instead of EU lmao.

After that, again, with 0 experience no lobbies or anything I was rostered as a sub for a div4 etf2l team cause the leader liked my pub scout dm. Again - lmao.

After that, i kept trying to go to tf2lobby but the site was always down (I didn't know it ceased to exist) and finally like a year later someone told me about tf2center. That's when I played my first actual match in a 6s format. I sucked ass. Then I remember I was on granary with some chill israeli dudes that kept calling me a 6s virgin but they were nice and taught me the basics.

Tf2 is a harsh mistress.

I think that everyone will claim that whichever league they play the most has the best site since they're used to it. When I started to play etf2l the site looked like a tangled nightmare but now I'm inclined to say that it's pretty good since I already know where to find everything. It's all just personal experience ig

Well since the new advanced stats thing is out, why not go a step further and reward the tie breaker point to the team that controlled the map longer during the regular time match? A simple example would be, for the duration of the regular map time, blu is pushed back to their second/last for most of the time, red finally manages to score a round but blu retaliates with a fast round. The timer ends, the score is 1-1 but red gets the win because they were in control of mid/blu's second for so long.

Would this be possible with the advanced logs and would it be non aids or would it encourage turtling on mid/the opponent's second?
