Can't see flame particle effects from any Pyro.

Kavi saw using this as a fix on reddit:
-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_id 0x1180
This fixed the problem for me, I am using -dxlevel 90 and I can now see flame particles

I can bind a key to "open console", but its still buggy. Sometimes I need to alt-tab out of the game or bind it again to make it work. But even then, sometimes it doesn't let me write anything to console

Sure I appreciate the "effort" from tf2 team to update the game, and it is nice. But like so many people said before, the fact that it took this long to make an update WITHOUT competitive mm update, fixing the sticky detonation bug etc. sours this out for me.
But in the plus side, it makes me 50% less angry now that my computer broke down and possibly I can't fix it before Monday or Tuesday. :)
