It all comes down to personal preference, but I would highly recommend it. You don't have to count the dmg and can focus on something else. 0.7 is generally recommended for hitscan (scattergun, shotgun, etc.) I personally use 0.5.

I used to work during summer time on this gas station and once after I closed up the place and was about to leave, an older couple stopped me and asked if the place was still open. I said it wasn't, I just closed it, unfortunately. They were hungry and would have wanted to eat something, so I told them that I could go back and sell them some coffee and bread. They were super thankful and tipped me 30€.

I played ice hockey as a yung lad until the age of 14. A few years later I would have wanted to try downhill skating since there was a track quite close to where I used to live then (around 30km's) but I broke my wrist and it has been plated with metal in order to keep it together so that was only a dream I guess :D too risky to even think I might break my wrist again and possibly fuck things up further.

Mouse stalling when rocket/sticky jumping

I actually had almost a similar problem a while ago, as I was rocket jumping or flicking quickly, my mouse just "didnt respond" for 1sec. I tried different cfg's, resetted all my settings, uninstalled tf2 completely et cetera and even bought a new mouse. Turned out there was something completely fucked with my PC and the only thing that helped was to reinstall Windows completely..
