Internet working everywhere except in TF2?

Are you sure its only internet provider connected problem? Because of the things I've read lately on tftv, seems like tf2 has a lot of random problems (mouse stuttering only on tf2, not in any other game or in windows) and so on. So, I know, sounds stupid but have you tried re-installing the game? And has the internet died every time when you are on tf2 around 20CET or has it died not depending what you are doing around that time?
