osvaldo reinstall windows as dumb as that could sound. Lots of problems have been magically resolved just by doing a fresh install of the OS. Especially w10, which can be buggy af sometimes.
Yes, I had to do that with Win10 to get my mouse working properly once again.

Weird Jittery Mouse Movement

I actually had almost a similar problem a while ago, as I was rocket jumping or flicking quickly, my mouse just "didnt respond" for 1sec. I tried different cfg's, resetted all my settings, uninstalled tf2 completely et cetera and even bought a new mouse. Turned out there was something completely fucked with my PC and the only thing that helped was to reinstall Windows completely.. IF you are on Windows its just propably Windows being stupid.
