They knew corsa was on spy. It wouldn't have been 6v4: they take an uber trade close in choke, if 7 do get the better end which is unlikely they have to commit into a respawning roamer and watch the spy behind. All while any flank play is shut down by the spy watching for it and they don't have the best uber trades to begin with. It's not as easy as 7 or evl should have pushed, tho I do think corsa could have made a player earlier without consequence. This is just something that happens in TF2.

If at all possible it would be cool to have the non-stage games up there on a delay. No idea how feasible that is with the setup but would have been better for day 1. Also, if there had been food/alcohol options at the venue I imagine you'd have brought in a ton more money from us.

I liked the format of bottom two teams from round robin going into the lower bracket, and the event as a whole was awesome.

HUGE thanks to samiface for being the best host I've literally ever met. She planned, ran, and adminned the event, opened up her home (and her wallet) far too many times to help all of us out, she was extremely welcoming and always upbeat, I could go on. The rest of the foreigners and I were just astounded at how lovely she was. Thanks for making the LAN a success and realising the dream of an intercontinental tournament on North American soil.
