I've had this problem since I came back to tf2 (around 3 weeks ago) :(

As the title says, whenever I open the server browser no servers pop up, favorites, friends, history; And when I try to join a friend through steam or I try to connect through console it just says "Server not responding".

Already uninstalled/installed tf2
Verified game cache
Tried using this launch option I saw somewhere in the internet "+clientport 27006-27014"

EDIT:
"Connection failed after 4 retries" while trying to use console.

Alright the file is in there and now it works, thanks and btw really cool hud.

For some reason my team/class selection are stock, ammo and health are stock too, main menu is stock but, damage numbers and console are like what the HUD says.

He was aimbotting sniper , but then changed to soldier because we won a round by having 1 vaccinator medic.

Talking with them about it may solve it, if not, get the guys you like and make a new team.

So you know how being in fullscreen in tf2 causes problems, for example tabbing out and back in takes longer.

Well if you open tf2 and while it is starting you tab out, it just leaves you with a black screen. You may say, ok just keep tabbing out, or open your web browser, well since the tf2 background is still going on, you cant see where you are tabbing out to.

TLDR; Dont tab out on Fullscreen or you will die.

As someone with that issue, you can know the approximate location of a spy on the map depending on how many fps you drop. If he is close, your fps drop more, if he fainted on the other part of the map, you drop less.

Most people have told me that its great to have an actual spy checker, I used to play pyro in HL and people just wouldnt try to help me because they said I was supposed to spycheck.

I didnt try to argue with them but dropping fps is not good at all, also 1 spy is bad, imagine 2 on a HL game, or possible 10 on a pub (okno).
