Removing Muzzle Flash and Bullet Tracers?

Q/A Help
With this new update, muzzle flash and bullet tracers on my hitscan weapons have appeared again. I have viewmodel_fov 0 and that used to remove both but now I see them. Is there any other command that I can use to remove them or am I going to have to deal with it? Thanks in advance.

- I will pretty much stream TF2 only and maybe some GO.
- I am going to start streaming most scrims I have, which will probably be 3-5 times a week.

Hey, I am a 21 year old college student. I have been in the competitive scene since the summer of 2012 and really have only played HL, and all of those seasons have been as Scout. I do have some experience in 6's but it is nothing serious (sorry UGC you don't count); however, I want that to change for this upcoming season. I want to dedicate my attention to 6's and since I have not done any serious 6's I figured looking for a low-open team would be the best place to start. I am currently on summer break so my play schedule until late August is pretty much open all nights and if I do have something I am reliable enough to give an advance notice that I can't make it. Looking for Scout/Team Mentor

A friend and I made a new 6's team while we have some 6's experience, most of our team does not and it really has been showing in our scrims. Most of us have no idea what we should be doing in most of the situations we find ourselves in; so help with basic 6's stuff would be great.
Also, I am also not totally adjusted to 6's play and I'd really appreciate some tips to improve and critique of my play. Thanks for reading this.
