Thanks alot mate, got it to work again appreciate it

So i recently got back into tf2 after god knows how many years and i realised i was using default interp and interp ratio.
i tried changing it to what i used to use (interp 0.033 and ratio 1) but it just switches back to normal.
ive tried everything to change it, editing custom.cfg file, autoexec.cfg file, different cmdrate and update rate etc. It keeps going back to defaults.
I use mastercomfig medium low pack due to me being used to tf2 looking like that and tried to edit it or overwrite it using a custom.cfg but to no avail.
Help would be great since it feels really off as it is right now.
