Make sure you don't have "-autoconfig" in the launch options.
Port forwarding and testing out mumble server hosts is a hassle. Casual is a real helpful and patient guy that went out of his way to setup a mumble server. Thanks for the server!
It's pretty well-done, the only conflict I can point out is that the stickies and killstreak count are too close together. It would also be nice to be able to distinguish the killstreak count from the stickies deployed.
