how do I change the overheal value color?

I saw this post about making your tf2 look blocky again and I tried doing it and everything worked except the +mat_showlowresimage 1 command. I put it in my launch options and that didn't do anything and when I put it in the game console my tf2 fucking dies. send help

But it works with the scroll wheel which is retarded

So hello everyone,
So when I switched huds and configs I launched my game and my weapon binds didn't work.
I tried it in the options, I tried this:
bind 1 "slot1"
bind 2 "slot2"
bind 3 "slot3"
and It still doesn't work But the scroll wheel works, which is weird.
Does somebody have a way to fix this

I looked at a b4nny video and I thought It could be fun to download his config.
I put it in my custom folder, and everything was good until I loaded up a private game.
it looked like somebody took a shit on my screen.
