Maybe it’s a lower resolution than 1920 x 1080. It can cause the font size to appear differently

HUD editing: short questions, quick answers

Does anybody know how to make the item quality border in the loadout/backpack page thinner? I believe Hypnotize has done this in his renditions.
The hud is old, and as you can see from the photo, the border nearly overlaps some textures and text.
