b4nnyHas anyone tried contacting the FACEIT support? They have always been very quick to respond to match issues in the past, perhaps they could point you in the right direction towards getting these hackers banned. Otherwise, everyone who does find themselves in a game should certainly report them and make as much noise as you can in the FACEIT discord. Pretty important we learn how to best tackle anticheat early on, so assuming we get them banned promptly this should serve as a useful learning experience.
b4nny is correct, FACEIT's support is very keen. I'm pretty sure the option is only for leaders(?) but during the match against any of the hackers, there's a button on the match room page that summons someone from FACEIT support. Let them know personally that there are players trying to ruin something that only has brought good to us

rocketslayjust install the faceit helper and don't ready up for games with the hacker and his friends
1. The helper is optional I wouldn't push it on anyone
2. It doesn't matter if you don't ready as long as Mike is playing then there will be games he'll ruin
I should also mention while it isn't a quick fix, reporting them in the platform will get them some attention. FACEIT didn't make a couple articles highlighting the success of their cheater capturing for nothing
