tr_walkway with hitscan can be pretty useful but something I found to be more practical and to learn more realistic movement is to play medic and when you're healing someone who is jumping around like crazy try keep your crosshair on them as much as you can, it'll help you learn real movement patterns of players and how to setup shots better (especially if you track them and then try to arrow them)
