you can make configs for each class (like scout.cfg demoman.cfg etc) and just individually set it up so that whatever key you want +attack2 bound to on each class via the config
as for an unload config im not too sure about that.

rocketslayaccepting people throwing matches so casually is kind of damaging imo. imagine near the end of the season if team x needs a win against evl or froyo to get to playoffs, and they just pay them some to throw. if the community is willing to accept this kind of behavior then i think it could really hurt the integrity of the game
