It's the quake one, don't have the ut4 one.
I mean, you can see the effect of a coach from CS:GO, ever since Kinguin had a coach call for them, it set a precedent for every other team to get a coach, while a team could essentially be 5 players focused solely on fragging. You can see how pleased Valve was with the addition of coaches into the meta when they finally added limitations to coaches, quite recently actually (But would Valve even think of nurturing TF2 into a global esport? Who knows.).
Not to take away from Crowns victory over Froyotech or anything, but it's interesting to see how the community will react to all of this. Will coaches start becoming a thing, or will there be restrictions on how much a coach can communicate with their team? But I've also seen times in CS:GO where a coach would be standing behind a player, calling out what the player sees while the player just worries about clicking heads, which seems a little too much for me.
Personally I don't mind coaches becoming a thing, but having a coach be able to micro-manage, strategize and direct every step that the team makes removes a big part of the game for the 6 players in-game.
I love Console, he puts an a ton of effort and love into the game, that being said, I'm still hovering around for tryouts too.
Could it possibly be your graphics drivers? Maybe try reinstalling GPU drivers?
Have you checked to see if your CPU is overheating?

If the innards of your computer are really dusty, a good clean could help. Also make sure to check if your CPU cooler is dusty/loose.
I always want to queue up for pugs and stuff, but then I make mistakes which ends up with me getting flamed. Then I end up never queueing for pugs again out of fear of being labeled as cringey or brainless or however you want to call it, and once I muster up the courage to queue for pugs again, everything goes well until I do something stupid again and the cycle repeats.
I probably shouldn't care about it and try to keep pugging and finding other ways to improve anyways, and it's probably my fault for not being up-to-par in the first place but I always feel so down in the dumps after having a bad game where I drop and lose the round etc.
You might be able to somewhat replicate it using Digital Vibrance.
I haven't played with this fragger in a while but he was super good when I did. He's super chill, and deserves a good team.
Is this essentially the g303 with a better shell? I hope it doesn't have the god-awful cable braid as the g303, if you cut off the cable braid, it looks like a really good mouse.
Dude's super chill to have in mumble, and his engy skills are superb.
Bubbzi is a pretty cool guy to play with. He's willing to participate in demo/map reviews and is willing to take criticism. He comms very clearly and frequently (sometimes you overpower everyone else's calls with your own, lol, but that's easily fixable). He's always striving and willing to do what's right for the team. He is able to play roamer with very little heals too!
