I'm personally fine with the current size of the HPBuff Cross, so I do not believe I will change it in the official HUD, however if you mess around with the "xpos" "ypos" "tall" and "width" values in "PlayerStatusHealthBonusImage" in HudPlayerhealth.res, you could make it larger yourself. Make sure tall and width are same size, and move xpos and ypos to center it.

I only recently started playing. I built a red burn deck and have just been making changes to it every now and again since then.
I also had a lot of friends who used to play, but no longer, so I got to inherit all their cards.
Been awhile, I made some changes:

~ Adjusted the inset of the Adv. Options text in Main Menu
~ Adjusted the color of the medic charge labels
+ Added version number in Main Menu
+ Added a better animation to the medic charge labels
+ Added the vaccinator resist icons
Great find, Vaccinator icons have always been a pain in the butt to edit, usually requiring yiu to base the whole Med fisplay around it

Also, if I were to release updates, such as I've already have for custom crosshairs, 6v6 and normal scoreboard options, etc, would I have to request the change through you, or is there a way to edit my own HUD.tf page?
I used to mess around in Java a lot, so I just stole my name from the "public static void main(String[] args)" statement
You really need to add a % to the medic uber charge.
It's hard to judge your charge simply off of the charge bar online
