PC Just Turns Off

Every now and then my pc just turns off when I'm playing, as if shut down. I think it also happens if I knock the desk.
I assume it's power supply related but tbh I know shit about this sort of thing and I also assume it could be a lot of things.
Any ideas why and how I can sort it?
