Maybe C Ronaldo.
He's quick, strong, can jump so well, agile, has incredible technique and coordination, and he doesn't get injured. I think the last part is really important.
There are faster and stronger people, but there are very few if any that match him across the board imo.
Sprinters are quick but it's one dimensional athleticism.
